Exhibitor Registration News!
The NEW GSMA Exhibitor and Partner Registration System launches later this month. With a number of changes being made to the system, it is more important than ever to participate in one of our training sessions to ensure you are aware of all the benefits.
New system features and processes include:
Ability to set expiry date on Registration Codes and Invitations
Option to create Multi-use Registration Codes for certain pass types
Single E&P/Attendee account sign in

Don't forget your Build-up & Dismantling Wristbands Form!
Should you or your contractor need access to the venue during build-up and/or dismantling periods, please make sure you submit the Build-up & Dismantling Wristbands Form through the OEM by Thursday 7 February 2019. Wristbands will then be available to collect onsite to avoid any delays. For more information please click here.
Are you planning any Special Activities during MWC19?
If you are planning ‘Special activities’ or ‘high risk’ activities during the event open days, please submit further information to us to apply for approval using the Special Activity form.
Examples of ´special activities´ are virtual reality demos, self-driving vehicles, attendee participation activities, simulations, special effect shows or any other activity that involves a special risk as defined in the online event manual etc.
Please note our new Glazing Rules and Regulations!
All glazing and mirrors used in the construction of stands must consist of safety glass which is laminated. The use of annealed and tempered glass will not be accepted from 2019 onwards.

Want to set up your contractors to fill in forms on your behalf?
If you are hiring an Agency or a Contractor to manage/build your stand for you, you have the ability to provide them access and assign forms to them. This is vital to ensure regulations and deadlines are met as well as enabling you to concentrate on other elements of the event.
Step 1: Add a third party to your list. They will then receive their own, separate login details to the Event Manual.
Step 2: Assign forms to your third party. The forms will then become visible in their account. You will always have the possibility to un-assign any form back to your account or add forms at any stage.
Step 3: Fill in the mandatory Build Contractor form in Forms & Deadlines, so we have up to date records of your on-site operations.
Please note: In order to provide your contractor access during build-up or dismantling, you must assign the Build-up & Dismantling Wristbands form to them in order to allow them to apply for their wristbands.
Environmental Programme
If every attendee recycled their badge, the carbon footprint of the event would decrease to the equivalent carbon absorption of about 540 trees. Your contribution counts - offset your emissions here.
