BOOTH BUILD REGULATIONS

Requirements for Space Only booths, plan submission, and technical compliance.

Applicability

The following requirements apply to all exhibitors with Space Only booths.

Booth Plan Submission (Space Only booths)

All exhibitors with Space Only booths must submit stand plans and safety documents for independent inspection against applicable rules and regulations.

Documents must be submitted to Abraxys for approval no later than 19 May 2026.

Technical Build Rules

• Booth Height: Maximum 2.5 metres.
• Platforms/Floors: Maximum height of 50 mm.
• Rigging: Not permitted at KCC.
• All decorative materials must be certified fire-retardant.
• Booth Partitions: All Space Only booths must provide their own self-supporting back walling when adjacent to a neighbouring booth or perimeter wall.

50% Rule

• Fully enclosed booths are not permitted.
• Up to 50% of any open booth side may feature non-transparent walls.
• Solid walling on open perimeters must face a venue wall.
• Exhibits and walls must not obstruct views into neighbouring booths.
