Rules & Regulations

General Event Rules

  • All aisles must remain unobstructed and accessible at all times. Booth elements must not project beyond booth boundaries.
  • Contractors must register for an Event Badge to access the venue during Event Days.
  • Promotional material must be distributed only within the exhibitor’s booth.
  • Do not place stickers, signs, or posters outside your booth area.
  • Set-up access is allowed only during your allocated build-up time.
  • Do not damage the venue structure. Any damage will be billed to the exhibitor.
  • Turn-key booths must be returned in their original condition.
  • Photography and filming are allowed only during show open hours.
  • Selling of products is not permitted.

General Health & Safety

Exhibitors and contractors must comply with local laws and GSMA’s adopted global standards. Please download and review the g-Guide to ensure all staff are trained accordingly.

Rules for Space Only Booth Build

  • Booth Height: Maximum 2.5 metres.
  • Platform/Floors: Maximum height of 50mm.
  • Rigging: Not permitted at KCC.
  • 50% Rule:
    • Fully enclosed booths are not allowed.
    • Only up to 50% of any open booth side may have non-transparent walls.
    • Solid walling on open perimeters must face a venue wall.
    • Exhibits and walls must not obstruct the view of neighbouring booths.

Booth Plan Submission (Space Only booths

All Exhibitors with ‘Space-Only’ stands must submit stand plans and safety documents to be independently inspected for compliance with the rules and regulations set forth in this Event Manual.

Documents must be submitted to Abraxys for approval no later than 19th September 2025.
