General Event Rules
- Aisles: All aisles must remain unobstructed and accessible at all times. Under no circumstances will any part of your booth, furniture, exhibits, or displays be allowed to project beyond the boundary of your booth.
- Contractors: Contractors requiring access to the venue during Event Days must register for an Event Badge.
- Promotional Material: Exhibitors' representatives may not distribute promotional literature, brochures, invitations, etc. along the aisles or near the entrance/exits. Such activities are to be confined within the booth boundaries.
- Exhibitors are kindly asked not to place stickers, signs, or posters anywhere in the venue other than within their own booth and on paid advertising sites.
- Build-up/Set-up Times: Exhibitors, their agents, and employees may enter the exhibition area during their allocated set-up times solely for the purpose of preparing their booth.
- Venue Damages: No screws, nails, pins, or other fixtures may be driven into any part of the exhibition premises, including walls, floors, and columns. Should any damage occur, the exhibitor will be liable for the repair costs.
- Exhibition Booths Damages: Exhibitors with Turn-key packages must return the booths/pods and furniture in the same condition as they were received.
- Photography & Filming: Please note that photography and filming are only allowed during event open hours and not during build-up or dismantling.
- Selling products is not allowed.

Exhibitors and contractors must adhere to all health and safety regulations and comply with local laws at all times. The Organizer has adopted The Guide to Global Standards of Health and Safety at Exhibitions as the minimum standard of health and safety that all venues, exhibitors, and contractors should abide by. Exhibitors are advised to download the g-Guide and ensure that this information and relevant training are provided to all personnel who will be working at the booth.

Rules for Space Only Booth Build
- Booth Height:
- The height of your booth should not exceed 2.5 meters.
- Platform/floors:
- The platform or floors of your booth must be no taller than 50 millimeters.
- Rigging:
- Please note that rigging is not possible at the KCC.
- Enclosed booth (50% Rule)
- Fully enclosed booths are not allowed on the exhibition floor.
- Only up to a maximum of 50% of any open side of a booth is permitted to have a non-transparent outside wall.
- Solid runs of walling along open perimeters are not permitted unless they are facing a venue wall.
- Visibility and Positioning
- Exhibits and walling must be positioned in such a way as not to obstruct the view of the exhibition or adjacent booths.
