RULES & REGULATIONS
Operational rules for build-up, show days, and venue conduct.
Access & Build-Up
- Contractors must obtain an event badge to enter the venue during show days.
- Set-up access is limited to your assigned build-up window.
- Turnkey booths must be restored to their original condition upon dismantling.
- Do not damage venue infrastructure. Damage charges apply to exhibitors.
Onsite Conduct
- All aisles must remain unobstructed and fully accessible at all times. Booth elements must stay within designated boundaries.
- Emergency exits and access routes must never be blocked.
- Distribute promotional material only within your booth space.
- No stickers, signage, or posters outside your booth area.
- Photography/filming is permitted only during official show hours.
Restrictions
- Product sales are prohibited onsite.
- External catering providers are not permitted due to health and safety policies.
- Smoking is banned indoors and within 20 metres of the building, except in designated zones.
- Animals for demonstration purposes or as part of any activity are strictly not permitted within the venue or on any stand. The only exception is for guide dogs assisting people with disabilities.
General Health & Safety
Exhibitors and contractors must comply with local legislation and GSMA’s global standards.
