Registration and Access for Exhibitors, Partners & Sponsors
GSMA Client Portal
The GSMA Client Portal for MWC Kigali is now live. All confirmed Registration Coordinators have already received an account login email with instructions on how to access their portal.
GSMA provides Exhibitors, Partners and Sponsors with the Client Portal to manage their allocation of passes received as part of their package. Your pass allocation is visible through your Client Portal account.
The Client Portal allows you to:
- Send invitations or registration codes to your staff and guests so they can register.
- Issue codes and track the registration status of your guests and staff.
- Search, manage and run reports on your invitations and registrants.
A user guide is available for download within the Client Portal System.
Accessing the Client Portal
An account login email has been sent to the Registration Coordinator of your company.
If you need to change your Registration Coordinator, log in to the Online Event Manual (OEM) and navigate to: My Account → Add Contacts → Registration Co-ordinator → Edit.

Exhibitor Access
GSMA encourages those overseeing exhibition stand space to set up in advance of the event and arrive at the venue ahead of attendees.
If exhibitors require early entry to the Exhibition Hall for set-up, ensure they have an Exhibitor / Partner Staff pass. Each Exhibitor Client Portal account is allocated a set number of passes, which can be sent as either a Leader's Conference pass or an Exhibitor / Partner Staff pass.
For non-exhibitor attendees, provide them with a Leader's Conference pass.
The registration desk will be open from 07:30 (local time) each day to allow early access for contractors and exhibitors. Other pass types, including Leader's Conference, will have access to the venue each day from 08:00.
