Please note you are permitted to change or increase your furniture requirements however all changes / additions will be at your own cost. Please contact the official contractor for a quote or refer to the furniture order forms within the Forms & Deadlines section.

Company Name Board and Stand Sign

Please ensure you complete the stand fascia & artwork submission form, to ensure that your company name will appear correctly on your stand. If you do not return the form before the deadline 16 May 2025, the text for your sign will be taken from the information in our possession, which may not be correct.

Branding

It is strictly forbidden to drill, staple or fix any attachments to the panels. You are only permitted to use double sided tape or Velcro to attach posters. Please note that it is not permitted to decorate any exterior panels of your stand.

General Information for Co-Exhibitors

It is strictly prohibited for companies to share a stand without the permission of GSMA and a confirmed Co-Exhibitor Package.

Co-Exhibitor Responsibilities

As a co-exhibitor you will have to:

• Accept our Terms & Conditions upon logging in to the Event Manual for the first time. Terms & Conditions contain important Health & Safety declaration. After you have accepted these Terms & Conditions, they will be available for review hereat any time.
• Submit your own MWC Shanghai website profile entry your English and Chinese. Please make sure that you coordinate all other requests and your registration requirements with your main exhibitor contact.

Main Exhibitor Responsibilities

Please note that as a main exhibitor you will have to:

• Submit all the compulsory Health and Safety documentation for the show. For further information, please click hereto view General Health & Safety section.
• Coordinate all services and registration requirements with your Co-Exhibitor.
• Make sure your Co-Exhibitor complies with all Rules and Regulations for the show.
