Carpet

Aisle carpeting will be provided by the Organiser throughout the exhibition halls. Standard Carpet will be only provided to package stands such as Shell Scheme, Standard or Executive Meeting Room and Pods etc. Space only stands and space only meeting room DO NOT have carpet provided. Floor covering is compulsory. All shell scheme sites will be carpeted as per the visual shown in the package detail section. Exhibitors are permitted to change their shell scheme carpet at their own cost. Exhibitors wishing to change their carpet colour must inform Official Contractor in writing and place an order for the desired carpet before going on site. Carpets and other flooring are to be laid accident-proof and may not extend beyond the rented area. Only tape, which can be removed without leaving any residue, such as double-faced cloth adhesive tape, may be used for attaching.

Catering / Cooking Demonstrations 

Appointed catering suppliers of GSMA & SNIEC have exclusive rights to deliver all catering requirements at MWC Shanghai. Cooking on stands is not permitted.

Contractors Access During Show Opening Days 

• All exhibitors can register contractor personnel that they wish to have on-site during the opening days of the event if required
• Please note you will have to register these badges via the Exhibitor and Partner Invitation System. Please note: Registration section will be available shortly.
• Access will be given in accordance with exhibitor access times. 

Ceiling Installations 

It is strictly prohibited for booth design to adopt totally enclosed ceilings. Ceilings can only be constructed of a large mesh or system ceiling grid which will permit the passage of water in the event of fire unless approval is granted. Please observe the material and finishes specifications listed in the Stand Building Regulations session. 

Exhibitors wishing to cover a portion of their booth for video presentation or meeting room must submit drawings to Abraxys for approval. Moreover, only 50% ceiling of the enclosed area within a stand can be covered. For example, a stand with 100 sqm and plans to build a 30sqm meeting room, the 50% refers to 15sqm out of the 30sqm meeting room, but not 50 sqm out of 100 sqm total stand area. Ceiling-mount powder ball will be required as a form of fire-fighting equipment for enclosed rooms in exhibitor stands. 

In order to achieve a harmonious effect, GSMA Ltd may require changes to be made in the ceiling finishes, even if this entails additional expense to the exhibitor.

Display 

• Lightweight paper or cardboard products unless treated with a proprietary fire retardant solution, are not permitted.
• Polystyrene/ polyurethane foam or products containing polystyrene/ polyurethane foam unless the material is fully contained within an inherently flameproof enclosure (this includes all similar materials), are not permitted.
• All stand building materials must be at Type B1 standard or above.
• No exhibit or set is allowed outside the designated area.
• Only electric lights are allowed to be used for illumination.
• All electrical wiring supplying electricity should be arranged properly and not impede any passageway.
• All staircases and exits to be kept free from obstruction at all times. The three (3) metre fire aisle that has been imposed on the footprint of the show must be respected at all times.
• A passage of at least 1.2 metres (4 ft) wide between any temporary structures and the fire hydrant, equipment room doors and alarm bell contacts must be maintained.
• No obstruction to any existing fire services installations shall be permitted.

Display of Logos

Displays of logos or branding outside of exhibition stands such as light beams or projections onto bare walls or gangways are not permitted without prior written approval by GSMA.

Doors

A landing shall be provided between any door and gate at the top or bottom step. The depth of the landing shall not be less than width of a flight of stairs. Doors for entry and exit located on the edge of stands must not open outwards onto a gangway. 

Sliding doors are only permitted with backup security systems that automatically open the door in case of a power cut and a manual override button that can open the door in case of an emergency. Such installations have to be made with a 24h power supply.

Double Deck Stands

Only 100sqm or above stands are eligible for upgrading their stands to double deck / two storey at MWC Shanghai. Application is subject to additional fee and GSMA’s pre-approval.

Double Deck Stands: Build Height Restrictions & Technical Floor Plans

• All Space Only Stands - single storey and double deck might be permitted to build to a maximum height of 6m.
• For double deck exhibitors - Technical truss for lighting (without any decoration or branding on truss) is the only exception to the above and are allowed up to 7.5m height (ground level to top of truss)
• Under no condition are logos or banners allowed to be placed above 6m. This means that no branding or logos can be placed on the truss (same rule as before)
• Height limit of the actual stand is still 6m (ground level to top of structures & logos which has not been changed)
• Exhibits, such as antennae, which are taller than the permitted height limit of the corresponding booth type, will not be allowed.

Double Deck Stands: Upper Deck Capacity

Any upper deck is subject to limiting access to upper levels to one person per 2sqm. The maximum amount of persons allowed at any one time has to be clearly displayed and visible at staircases that give access to the upper levels.  Overall design and structural calculations must be submitted by the deadline and get approved by Abraxys (GSMA’s appointed Floor Management Consultant) and HAH (the Chartered Structure Engineer of People’s Republic of China appointed by SNIEC) prior to the build-up period.

STAIRCASES

• Any upper deck that has more than 25m of distance to a staircase or is over 200m²in size has to implement an additional staircase.
• Stairs should be no less than 1m wide and have a handrail. They should have a handrail on both sides if they are wider.
• Staircases over 2.4m width shall have an additional central handrail.
• Flights and landings should be guarded at the sides when there is a drop of more than 360mm or there are two or more risers.
• Flights should be minimum 280mm in depth. The height of steps should be minimum 130mm and maximum 185mm.
• Flights of curved Staircases should measure minimum 280mm in depth measured at 500mm distance from their inner edge.
• Open risers are not permitted.

HANDRAILS

• A continuous handrail must be provided where there are two or more risers.
• Handrails shall be non-climbable, i.e. with solid infills or vertical guardrails, which should be no more than 100mm apart and without horizontal members between verticals.
• The height of a handrail shall be a minimum of 900mm measured vertically from the pitch line of the stair to the top of the handrail.
• Handrails shall be continued as necessary around landings.
• Handrails shall not project on to the required width of the staircase for more than 100mm.
• All projecting ends of handrails shall be designed and constructed so as to avoid injury to persons descending a staircase.
• When the upper deck of a double deck stand has been built, it is mandatory to install railings (either temporary or the definitive ones) to prevent falls from height. The protection of railings needs to cover all the area where there is a risk of falling.
• In the case of glass walls (floor to ceiling) in the upper level of a double decker stand, where there is the risk of impact by an object, a railing or a similar physical barrier alongside these, needs to be set in place.

Electrical Service and Electrical Regulations 

Electricity will be energised to stands as quickly as possible during the build-up period, subject to satisfactory inspection and testing of installations. Occasionally delays may occur due to the fact that adjoining stands are not complete and ready for inspection. During the open period, power to stands will be switched on from 30 minutes before the show opens and turned off 30 minutes after the show closes. Any exhibitor needing electricity for the running down of machinery or working equipment after the exhibition closes on the final day must inform the Official Contractor of their requirements no later than 17 May 2024. Please remember to specify 24-hour electricity supply if this is required for refrigerators or computer equipment.

CONNECTIONS

Only GSMA or its suppliers may carry out electrical installations from the areas to the stands. The electrical installations, which are only to be carried out by GSMA or its suppliers, include the main connection with electric power lines, main power fuse and-if applicable-main switch/electric supply meter. The exhibitor is not allowed to obtain electricity for his stand from such persons as have not been authorized to supply electricity by GSMA. Exhibitors are expressly forbidden to obtain electricity from neighbouring stands. 

In the case of stands which require an extended use of power supply, exhibitors shall apply for permission in advance through GSMA. Individual regulations have to be made. The use of generators at the stands is not permitted without the prior written consent of GSMA. A layout drawing should be sent with an order, which make the desired placement of the connections clear. Electric installations are laid in the area channels insofar as possible, but possibly above ground if the location of the connection point requires this. The power supply will be switched off in accordance with the terms or rules for the closing of the trade fair on the last trade fair day for safety reasons.

STAND INSTALLATION

Within stands, installations may only be carried out by the exhibitor's own skilled workers or by authorized specialist companies under observance of the regulations applicable at the event site and according to the current state of technology. The installation personnel must hold valid electrician operation certificate. Electric installations within a stand can be carried out by GSMA or its suppliers on order. 

Connections, machines and equipment, which do not comply with the regulations or which have higher consumption than registered, are not permitted. They can be removed from the stand by GSMA at the expense and own risk of the exhibitor and be stored for safekeeping.

ASSEMBLY AND OPERATION REGULATIONS

The complete electric installation must be carried out according to the latest applicable safety regulations valid at the event site. Conductive construction components are to be included in the measures for protection against indirect contact (stand earthing). Double-sheath copper wires and cable lines must be used, and the section of the conducting wires must be ≧ 1.5 mm. Electrical materials must be equipped with enough safe loading capacity. It is strictly forbidden to use single wires with no sheath, twist pairs or aluminium wires. As to the configuration of wires, three-phase five-wire system shall be applied for the line voltage (L1, L2, L3, N, PE) and single-phase three-wire system for the phase voltage (L, N, PE). Flat conductors of all types are not permitted. Uninsulated electric cables and terminals are not permitted in low-voltage systems. Secondary cables must be protected against short-circuits and overloading. 

All metallic structures and shells shall have a reliable grounding. The conducting wires should be fixed in a cellular or other form instead of being randomly installed on roads, grounds or doorways. Electric lines crossing passageway shall be protected by a cable bridge. When sub-circuits are connected, insulating porcelain and plastic joints must be used instead of being wrapped directly by insulating adhesive tape before any insulation protection measures are taken.

SAFETY MEASURES

All heat-generating and heat build-up electric equipment (hotplates, spotlights, transformers, etc.) must be installed on non-combustible, heat-resistant, asbestos-free supports and monitored adequately during operation. Sufficient distance must be maintained to flammable materials in line with the heat generation. The heat-generating and heat build-up electric equipment are not allowed to be focused on nor be stationed near the fire sprinklers. Lighting fixtures may not be attached to flammable decorations, among other things. High-temperature lighting and neon lights could not be installed without permission and examination from the relevant authority.

Empty Packaging / Storage

• During build up the exhibition halls and the whole exhibition site must be free of packaging 24 hours before the event commences. After this time the Organisers reserve the right to forbid any further work being carried out on stands.
  
• If the exhibitors or their contractors have not removed all empty packaging by the specified time the Organiser may order their removal with any associated costs being borne by the exhibitor. The Organiser does not take any responsibility for packaging material removed.
• No excess stock and literature or packing cases or other flammable materials may be stored in any unauthorised areas or voids.
• Storage underneath stages and structures is strictly forbidden.
• Official Forwarder offers a packaging holding service which includes removal, holding and return-to-stand of packaging materials.

Enclosed Stands (50% Rule)

• Visually enclosed stands are not allowed on the exhibition floor
• Exhibits and walling must be positioned in such a way as not to obstruct the view of the exhibition or adjacent stands.
• Only up to / a maximum of 50% of any open side of a stand is permitted to have a non-transparent outside wall.
• Walls cannot be stepped back in order to overcome this ruling.
• Solid runs of walling along open perimeters are not permitted unless facing a Venue wall. Under no circumstances are neighbouring stands to be visually blocked off from the rest of the exhibition.
• The upper deck of double deck / two storey stand may be completely closed in.
• As the rule is to ensure visibility, low walling or handrails up to 1.1m height are considered as open.
• The outside finish must be the same as inside or equivalent in quality of build.

Exceptions to the above will be considered by the organisers on a case by case basis and only if all affected neighbour stands have agreed in writing.

Remarks: The above rules are not applicable to Hall N3 Exhibitors.

NOTE FOR BUILD-UP: Visual enclosures during build-up in order to protect the privacy of exhibition stands are only permitted if they are structurally sound and are kept within the boundaries of the stand space.

Exhibition Floor 

The exhibition floor is covered with concrete. It is obligatory to cover it. Carpet is only provided for Shell Scheme stands, Meeting Room and Pod packages; therefore if you have a Space Only stand you must make arrangements to cover the floor of your stand. It is strictly forbidden to paint or plaster the stand floors or to use glue to attach the floor covering. Only double-sided adhesive tape may be used for this purpose. This must be removed at the end of the Exhibition.

Fixtures 

• It is strictly prohibited to make any fixtures to the hall installations, walls, floors, ceilings or columns.
• All connection panels set in the hall floors must always be accessible.
• The exhibition surface area may not be covered with either paint or glue. The only permitted covering for the exhibition space is a platform or carpeting which must be removed by the exhibitor at the end of the event including the removal of any adhesive tape.
• Any damage incurred by exhibitors or their delegates to the exhibition hall walls, installations etc. will be repaired by SNIEC and charged to the exhibitor.

Floor Covering

Any materials used over carpeted or hard floor areas must be of a nature that no slipping, even when moist or wet, or other safety issues will occur. All materials used must be removed without leaving any residue. Substances such as oil, grease, paint and similar things must be removed from the floor immediately.

Furniture

• Sheet surfaces of furniture whether uncovered or with a laminate or paint surface shall conform to Class 1 surface spread of flame as defined by BS476: PART 7: 1987
• Fabrics shall be durably or inherently flame retardant to BS5867 PART 2 Type B
• Padding and upholstery shall conform to BS 7176: 1995 or BS7177: 1995 as being "medium hazard"

Glass Panels

All glass panels and glazing used in the construction of stands must consist of safety glass a minimum of 4mm thick. Any uninterrupted large areas of clear glazing shall be indicated so as to be readily apparent (for example, by applying warning stripes, dots or logos).

Hanging Ceiling / Lighting Policy

All banners and ceilings that are hung from the exhibition hall roof must form an integral part of your stand, with a maximum distance of 1 meter between the top of the stand and the bottom of the hanging banners/ceilings, and must be contained within the actual stand build/design and the maximum height limit. Simple banners are strictly not allowed to be hung above stands. All rigging requests will be monitored by GSMA.

SNIEC shall be solely responsible for hanging objects from the hall ceiling and makes fastening points available for such. SNIEC may make changes to these suspension structures. SNIEC will subcontract specialist companies to handle this. The structures to be hung may only be located in the air space above the stand area. Building and advertising heights should be observed. Quantity and location of the fastening points are checked onsite by the hall owner. Each projected fastening point on the ceiling structure of the halls can handle a maximum load of 200 kg. 

The objects to be suspended (lighting fixtures, spotlights, etc.) at the ordered fastening points may only be attached by hall owner's appointed staff under observance of the regulations applicable at the event site and in accordance with the current state of technology. Hanging points and chain blocks will be installed solely by SNIEC’s appointed service provider, whereas stand contractors will be responsible for adjusting the height of their hanging structures for the cases when chain blocks are being used. Operators must make a careful check and test on the chain blocks before using them. During the operation, chain blocks cannot carry overload. With respect to attaching the objects to be suspended, the appropriate safety regulations must be observed. Wire rope clamps may not be used. 

Acceptable Hanging Features

• Lightweight steel truss structure
• Hanging objects proposed by exhibitors shall be reviewed and approved by organizer and SNIEC. Hanging objects shall be composed of reliably-connected metal structures.
• Pure wooden structures are not allowed.

Onsite Installation Rules

• Exhibitors or their booth contractors are responsible to assemble the hanging features by themselves.
• SNIEC is responsible for hanging and removal of all features under instruction by exhibitors or their booth contractors who comply with the rule.
• All hanging objects shall be composed of reliably-connected metal structures. Pure wood structures are not allowed.
• The quantity of hanging points will be calculated by SNIEC onsite.
• When hanging structure is positioned and hanging points and blocks are installed by technician from venue, exhibitor/booth contractor should hoist hanging point by themselves after confirming point quantity with venue technician. If block should be used, please apply from venue in customer service office in south entrance hall with RMB100/pc deposit.
• GSMA and SNIEC reserve the right to refuse hanging materials or any items that do not comply with safety guidelines.
• Hanging structures cannot exceed booth space and are not allowed to be hung above public area.
• All costs and risks associated with overhead hanging features are the sole responsibility of the exhibitor. These include the risk that sightlines to the exhibitor’s own signs may be blocked by others’ signs and displays.

Notice for Hanging Point Order

• The "Hanging point" in price list means the point connecting hanging cable and ceiling crossbeam. Quantity of hanging point will be calculated based on this specification on-site. As the hall owner is NOT counting the hanging points needed at the construction but is counting the hanging points needed at the hall ceiling (“V Shape” way), the normal case is considered to be minimum two hanging points at the hall ceiling to result in one hanging point at the construction.
• The hanging point quantity completed in order form is just an estimated quantity. The final calculation of the quantity of hanging points can only be done after the hall owner has positioned the hanging structure onsite and the amount of hanging points at the ceiling is defined. Then these hanging points at the ceiling will be invoiced to the exhibitor.
• Hanging objects that affect the venue’s structure or facilities’ safety will not be allowed.
• If the booth sits close to the walls, no hanging point is available on parts near the walls and whether hanging points are available on parts away from the walls shall be decided on site.
• The confirmed quantity of hanging points can only be determined on-site according to the location of crossbeams above the specific booth. Booth contractor could ask for hanging point location map from venue/organizer in an early stage for point quantity estimation and hanging structure design adjustment.
• Order could be accepted with metal hanging structure. Wooden structure is not allowed to be hung.
• Exhibit is forbidden to be hung.
• Upper edge of hanging structure is not allowed to be hung higher than six meters away from floor.
• It may bear a single structure which weighs no more than 1000KG. A single hanging point could bear no more than 200KG.
• Hanging points shall not be used for lifting facilities and for bearing any moveable objects.
• Hanging points shall not be used for supporting and stabilizing any booth structure that is directly connected to the ground level.
• Late orders may not be accommodated. If accepted and available, a surcharge of 50 % after the deadline must be levied.

For safety reasons, the provisions below must also be observed. The following are not permitted on principle: 

• Hanging stand components or exhibits.
• Securing stand components or exhibits (stand components and exhibits must stand securely independently).
• Suspended structures with a rigid or power-grip connection to the hall floor.
• Attaching the objects to or suspending the objects from the fire sprinklers or lighting fixtures on the hall ceiling.

Important Notice: It is subject to the objective condition of the passages to decide whether the hanging points are available as some passages are narrow due to the large scale of this exhibition. Please make sure your counterplan is made in case no hanging point is available.

Handrails

Hospitality Suites Policy 

• Hospitality Suites are meant for the purposes of private meetings and private entertainment. Hospitality Suites structures should be enclosed in such a manner as to prevent general access to the suite, allowing access only to pre-invited guests via a reception desk.
• Under no circumstances can Hospitality Suites have open sides allowing general access, nor can Hospitality Suites include provision for any kind of public product demonstration.
• Promotional videos should not be displayed along the perimeter of the Hospitality Suites, nor should promotional videos be viewable from the surrounding aisles. Any non-promotional videos that can be viewed from the aisles should be without sound.

Luminescent Displays & Stand Lighting 

The luminescence of projections, electronic lighting display walls such as LED walls or other types of luminescent displays or general lighting within stands may have to be adjusted to avoid disturbances to neighbour stands. Such devices should be placed in such way to not affect surrounding stands.

Materials & Finishes Specifications 

All drapes, curtains, fabrics, signs, fascia, decorative materials, night sheets, backdrops, banners, coverings, plastics, skirts, carpet flooring and all other materials used in the construction and decoration of stands, temporary structures or other scheduled exhibition installations or components must consist entirely of non-combustibles with a burning diffusion rate not lower than Class B1 as required by both the national and local fire-control regulations of Shanghai. The Exhibitor must make available, if requested by GSMA or SNIEC, relevant documentation relating to fire tests, flame tests, fume tests, and other similar tests which may be required by the relevant legislation and regulations.

Maximum Floor Loading 

The admissible floor load in Exhibition Halls at SNIEC is 3,300kg per square metre (33 kN/sqm, for a single space of up to 50sqm (3,3t/sqm). If there is any vertically vibrating part in the exhibit operation, the above mentioned floor load bearing capacity should be reduced at least by 50%. Any exhibit exceeding this limit will require special handling to distribute the load. Exhibitors are responsible for notifying Official Contractor of any potential weight concerns.

Paintwork

Large-scale painting is not permitted in the trade fair grounds. However, small-scale "touch-up" painting of the exhibits and stand constructions is allowed during the set-up period with all necessary safety precautions in place as follows: 

1. Painting in an area properly ventilated.
2. Use of nontoxic paints.
3. Covering all the floor involved within the trade grounds with dry paper or plastic film.
4. No painting near the vertical structures (i.e. walls) of the trade fair grounds.
5. No washing of paint material within or surrounding the trade fair grounds.
6. Exhibitor /contractor responsible for throw away the paint buckets, otherwise deposit will be deducted.

The exhibitor is responsible for any damage resulting from painting and is liable for the cost of restoring the damaged and polluted parts.

Platforms

The provision of a platform may be regarded as necessary in order to cover some electrical installations and is the responsibility of the exhibitor. The general height of the platform should be 100mm or lower. Open corners of stand floors and platform shall be rounded or angled, if not protected by heavy exhibits, to avoid sharp corners and tripping hazards. Platform edges must be fully highlighted and the use of the platform must be included within the risk assessment.

Ramps – Disable Access 

All stands with a platform higher than 5cm on which people could stand must have an access ramp. The slope of any ramp shall be uniform and no steeper than 1:10. Level landings shall be provided at the top and bottom of ramps and any intermediate position where exit doors open on to them. The minimum width of the ramp should be 1m. This slope should be within the stand and should not protrude into the aisle.

Stand Partitions

• All Space Only stands must provide their own self-supportive back walling where backing onto a neighboring stand or perimeter walling, with the minimum height being 2.5m. Any partition wall above 2.5m in height that is overlooking neighbor stands must be dressed from the rear in a neutral colour and without logos or branding.
• All shell scheme stands are permitted to decorate their stands up to 2.5m height. Please refer to the package detail section for more information.

Water and Waste

Waste Removal

• Exhibitors must ensure that all materials, debris and waste are removed from SNIEC before the end of the period designated for build-up and the end of the dismantle period designated for dismantling.
• Exhibitors must ensure that any proposal that is accepted from a stand design and build contractor includes waste removal and recycling.
• If any materials are found after the dismantling period has come to an end a clean-up fee of RMB 3,000 per square meter of your total stand size will be charged directly to the Exhibitor - therefore if you have contracted a 12 sqm. Stand you will be liable for a RMB 36,000 fine (12 * RMB 3,000) regardless of the total amount of materials found.
• Dumping of materials (i.e. removing waste from stands and abandoning elsewhere in the site) at The Mobile World Congress Shanghai is strictly forbidden and carries severe penalties. Any contractor caught abandoning waste of any kind will be fined, on the spot, RMB 30,000 plus the cost of the removal of the abandoned material.
• IMPORTANT: At the end of dismantling before leaving the venue every exhibitor/contractor must have their stand space inspected by a representative of SNIEC who will stamp on the Damage Deposit Receipt as proof that named stand space is clean and clear of any waste. SNIEC/SYMA will be contactable through their service desks which will be located in the north registration hall. Cleaning deposit will be refunded upon present the stamped Damage Deposit Receipt at SYMA Desk.

PRECAUTIONS

In general, display items shall be in a material which cannot be accidentally ignited by contact with a cigarette, match or heat source of any type or which will self-extinguish once the heat source is removed. Any display items suspended within stands, booths or structures shall use a metallic suspension. Please note that any replica floral displays must be fire-resistant.

Remark: SNIEC Customer Service Centre should be contacted firstly for reporting any emergency cases in the venue. Local fire, ambulance and police services hotlines are listed as alternative emergency contacts out of SNIEC’s operating hours.

Medical

MWC Shanghai's First Aid stand is located at N2 hall, which provides medical assistance and support for minor injuries and illnesses.

In the case of an injury, please take following measures:

1. Call SNIEC Customer Service Centre immediately, providing the exact location and description of the injury.
2. If possible, help comfort the injured party until qualified help arrives.

Fire

The venue is equipped with fire sprinklers and alarm system. Portable fire extinguishers are located at all gates inside the exhibition halls.

If you detect fire or smoke:

1. Activate the nearest fire alarm if possible, given that the situation is safe to do so.
2. Call SNIEC Customer Service Centre immediately, providing the exact location and details of the fire.
3. Leave the exhibition hall immediately by the nearest exit.
4. Close doors behind you.

If you hear a fire alarm:

1. Stay calm and alert, while getting prepared to leave the venue.
2. Do not return to the venue until the public address system has declared that it is safe to do so by SNIEC management or fire/police officials.

Evacuation

Once a fire alarm evacuation announcement is made, please proceed with the following instructions:

1. Leave the venue by the nearest safe exit.
2. Follow announcements over the public address system or instructions by SNIEC staff and/or fire/police officials.
3. Once outside the SNIEC, stay clear of the venue; do not return until the public address system has declared that it is safe to do so by SNIEC management or fire/police officials.

Emergency exits

All emergency exits are indicated with green signage.

EMERGENCY STAFF

SNIEC’s Customer Service Counter is located at the North Entrance Hall. It will become the communications centre and command post in the event of an emergency. In addition, SNIEC’s Security Office is operational 24 hours a day as the contact point for an emergency. 

FIRST AID

Fully equipped medics will be available throughout all times of build-up, show open and dismantling. Please go to the First Aid office located at N2 if you are in need of assistance.
