Build up & Dismantling Access (NEW arrangements for 2025)

There are three types of passes available. You will only need ONE of the below passes for build-up and dismantling.

Type 1: MWC Shanghai Digital Access Pass with Extended Hour Access icon shown on your Digital Access Pass:

• You can access to SNIEC from 15-17 & 21 June 2025 and during extended access hours during 18-20 June 2025. For venue access hours, please click here
• You must be fully registered and have your Digital Access Pass ready, screen capture is not allowed  (via MWC Series App or GSMA WeChat official account)
• Contact your company’s registration coordinator to receive an exhibitor staff pass registration code and complete your registration before coming for build-up. No onsite registration facilities will be provided

Type 2:  Contractor / Worker Passes at SNIEC

According to the regulation from SNIEC, all contractors should purchase contractor badges on-site with showing build-up deposit receipt, a carbon copy of insurance contract from build-up to dismantling period, a name list, ID copies and photos of all workmen. Each badge is RMB 50. Personnel may not engage in construction activities without a badge.

Type 3: MWC Shanghai Build-up & Dismantling Passes - EXHIBITOR PERSONNEL (non-workers and without MWC Shanghai event pass only)

For safety reason, we do not encourage you entering the exhibition halls during the heavy build-up on Saturday and Sunday. However, if any Space Only/ Shell Scheme/ Meeting Room exhibitor personnel requiring access to the exhibition hall during build-up or dismantling periods only but not attending during event period, they must hold the Build Up & Dismantling Passes.
