Visa Invitation Letters
Please note: Once the Exhibitor & Partner Invitation System launches, the Registration Coordinators in the Exhibitor Manual will be emailed their login details to access the system. When the attendees start to register, they will then be able to request a Visa Invitation letter by following the instructions below.
Attendees requiring a visa invitation letter for proof of their registration to attend MWC Shanghai 2020 can do so after registering for the event (attendees are reminded to have their passport with them to complete this form). Attendees can sign in to their registration account and click Visa Application on the Home page.
Applicants who are applying for Chinese visas may be required to submit the application in person to get fingerprints and photo take at the Visa Application Centres, in accordance with Chinese laws and regulations, and based on the principle of reciprocity. Please do check with your local China embassies for detailed rules and visa application process, and please allow enough time to go through the visa application process.
Important:
- Any assistance with visa applications beyond supplying these documents will not and cannot be supported by GSMA Ltd. Information provided and visa issuance is beyond GSMA’s control.
- Please note GSMA will not issue any visa letters to attendees who have not fully paid.
- Attendees are advised to check the full requirements for a visa application allowing plenty of time to provide the necessary documentation from the institution the application is being processed through.
