Exhibition Pod Package composed of:

Graphic on Counter: 38-1/8" W x 35-3/4" H (38.125" W x 35.75" H)
Graphic on Back Wall 78-1/8" W x 95-3/16" H (78.125" W x 95.188" H)
To assist you with designing your graphics Freeman will contact you and provide a design template. Please use this template to create your artwork to avoid the design being obscured by the screen

Approved artwork for turnkey exhibit graphics will be due no later than 12:00 PM CST Thursday, September 11, 2025
Artwork files must be submitted directly to Freeman. Please click here to submit your artwork files
Please ensure that your files follow our naming convention “Company Name_Event Name_Booth #_Use" (use = counter, back wall, etc.)
Once received, a graphic proof will be created and sent to you for review and approval prior to placing into production
Artwork received after the deadline will be subject to late surcharges

DOS & DONT'S:

It is strictly forbidden to drill, staple or fix any attachments to the walls. Exhibitors will incur costs for any damage to the panel structures
Furniture packages come as a set, and are not interchangeable with preferred items
All decorative items and products must fit within the booth. No elements can be higher than 8’ high and the line of sight must be maintained
Rigging above the Exhibition Pods is strictly forbidden
Pull up banners, posters and any other forms of branding are not permitted in the aisles
Exhibitors are not allowed to alter or dismantle their Exhibition Pod
