Registration
The Exhibitor and Partner (E&P) Registration System for MWC Las Vegas 2024 is now live. This system allows you to manage your pass allocation for the event. You can invite staff and guests to register or register them yourself.
Please click here to login to the E&P Registration System. All confirmed E&P Registration Co-ordinators should have received an account login email with instructions for how to access their account. For more information on how to use the system, please read the Help section in the E&P Registration System and watch the video tutorials.
There is no onsite registration facility, all attendees need to register before arriving at the venue. We are asking Registration Co-ordinators to monitor their registrations and invitations to ensure that everyone has fully registered before they arrive.

Pass Types
Pass types available for the event are:- Discovery Exhibition Pass
- Leaders’ Conference Pass
- Exhibitor / Partner Staff Pass

Exhibitor / Partner Staff passes are equal to the Discovery Exhibition pass and have the same benefits as the Discovery pass but with the addition of Extended Hours access.
Extended Hours Access
Extended Hours access allows pass holders into the venue during the build and dismantle periods as well as earlier / later on event days. Look for this symbol on your Digital Access Pass -
Digital Access Passes with Extended Hours can be used from Monday October 7 through to Friday October 11. You will also be able to enter the venue on event days from 7AM.
You will be able to see within your account which pass types have Extended Hours as standard. If you have any attendees with Discovery passes that require Extended Hours you can add this yourself in your E&P account and it will automatically update their pass.
Event Access
MWC Las Vegas 2024 is a badge-less event, with attendees using a Digital Access Pass available from MWC Event Series App.
Once the app has launched, we will send attendees an email with instructions on how to download the app and login with their registration account credentials to get access to their Digital Access Pass.
All attendees and staff must present this Digital Access Pass when accessing the venue and sessions. We ask that they also bring a government issued photo ID such as passport or driver’s license with them as security checks will be performed at the venue.
