GENERAL INFORMATION:
- Location: 4YFN is located in Hall 8.1 and part of Hall 8.0 at Fira Gran Via Venue
- This stand package is available as a 4-day product and is located in Hall 8.0
PACKAGE DESCRIPTION:
Structure & layout:
- Individual Pod (150cm x 175cm size) located within 4YFN Award Corner structure of 10 pods, Hall 8.0
- 1x Welcome desk with lockable cabinet
- 2x Stools
- 1x Spotlight arm on structure for lighting
- 1x 32’ TV screen
- Carpet flooring
- Stand number showing on structure
- 1.2KW power supply (suitable for laptops, phone charging)
- 1x Double socket at the welcome desk
- Wi-Fi: Courtesy Wi-Fi is available for email and light browsing only
IMPORTANT: Not suitable for demos or high-usage activities
- Company logo and details to be printed on fascia (details provided through Awards Pod Information Form)
- Basic cleaning is provided once set-up is completed and each evening during the event

- Visuals of the Awards Pod will be available in September

- 4 complimentary Exhibition passes for staff, including early hour access

Please note:
- If the Awards Pod Information form is not submitted by the above deadline, exhibitors will need to contact Servifira to purchase additional graphics. Print cost will apply depending on the stand type and print requirements
- If graphics are not submitted via the OEM or via Servifira, only the 4YFN Logo will be printed on the fascia
Additional Items:
- Bringing large or bulky items that limit the usable space of your stand is not allowed. Stools have been arranged according to the pod layout and must remain in their designated positions—they cannot be moved to accommodate larger items. If you plan to bring any large items onto the pod or have any activities, you must complete the Special Activity Form in advance for approval
- If your activity or activation is likely to attract a queue, please ensure that it wraps around your own stand and does not obstruct neighbouring stands
- Due to space limitations, additional orders for your Awards Pod are restricted to the below and can only be hired through Servifira
- Wi-Fi & Wired Internet
- Furniture: additional furniture is not permitted
- Pull-up banners are not permitted in the aisles or within the within the perimeter of your Awards Pod
- Posters or any other form of branding are not permitted in the aisles
- No graphics or decoration are allowed to be attached on the pod structure
Zone structure:
- Awards Pods are located in Hall 8.0 within a Corner 10
- There is no clear side border between pods
- The common area within the Corner Structure should be kept clean at all times
- Rigging above the structure is not permitted
