Structure & furniture:

1.2KW power supply (suitable for laptops, phone charging)
1x Double socket at the welcome desk
Wi-Fi: Courtesy Wi-Fi is available for email and light browsing only
IMPORTANT: Not suitable for demos or high-usage activities

Cleaning:

Basic cleaning is provided once set-up is completed and each evening during the event

Exhibition passes:

A limited number of complimentary Exhibition passes for staff and guests (based on stand size) are provided

FORMS & DEADLINES:

Handover: Demo Pod packages will be accessible from Saturday 27 February 2027

Clients may access their Demo Pod Package on Saturday 27 February; however, please note that final cleaning is scheduled for Sunday 28 February, as building work will still be ongoing on Saturday. The plastic carpet protection will not be removed until Sunday evening
PPE: Safety helmets (hard hats) and high visibility vests (high-vis vests) are required to be worn by everyone in order to gain entry to the venue on Saturday 27 February. We advise exhibitors to bring their own, but a limited stock will be available to purchase from the Abraxys desk at the North Entrance. Please note PPE is not required for access on Sunday 28 February.

Please note:

If the Demo Pod Information form is not submitted by the above deadline, exhibitors will need to contact Servifira to purchase graphics. Print cost will apply depending on the stand type and print requirements
If graphics are not submitted via the OEM or purchased through Servifira, only the 4YFN logo will be printed on the fascia

Additional items:

Bringing bulky or large items onto your demo pod requires prior approval. If you plan to bring any large items or conduct any special activities on your pod, you must submit the Special Activity Form in advance for review and approval.
Any items brought onto the pod must fit within your allocated stand dimensions, taking into account the fixed welcome counter and stool, which must remain in their designated positions and cannot be moved. Please use the visuals above to accurately calculate your available space before planning your setup.
If your activity or activation is likely to attract a queue, please ensure that it wraps around your own stand and does not obstruct neighbouring stands
Due to space limitations, additional orders for your Demo Pod are restricted to the below and can only be hired through Servifira:

We DO NOT recommend leaving any valuables overnight on your pod or stand, even if stored in a lockable counter

Microphones:

If you are using wireless microphone or headset during the event, you must purchase the appropriate microphone frequency in advance. Any microphones or headsets operating without a pre-booked frequency will not be permitted for use on-site.

Branding:

Pull-up banners are not permitted in the aisles or within the perimeter of your Pod or Stand
Posters or any other form of branding are not permitted in the aisles
No graphics or decoration are allowed to be attached on the Pod structure
