Exhibition Stand Plus & Max
Please note there are two different types of Exhibition Stand Plus this year. Please make sure you reference the correct one. Check the size in your contract and floorplan.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
- Location: 4YFN is located in Hall 8.1 and part of Hall 8.0 at Fira Gran Via. Please check the floorplan to confirm your stand location
- Handover: Exhibition Stand Plus stands will be accessible from Saturday 27 February 2027
- Clients may access their Exhibition Stand Plus or Max Package on Saturday 27 February; however, please note that final cleaning is scheduled for Sunday 28 February, as building work will still be ongoing on Saturday. The plastic carpet protection will not be removed until Sunday evening
- IMPORTANT: All stand packages are subject to change and will be adapted as necessary to adhere to government guidance and regulations in place at the time of the Event

Type 1: Exhibition Stand Plus 10.50m2, 13.13m2 or 13.5m2
For Stand Plus 10.5m2 we have packages Back to Back 10.5m2 (1,75x6m) OR Cross Style OR In Line 10.5m2 (3.5x3m) and these include:

FORMS & DEADLINES:
Handover: Exhibition Stand Plus stands will be accessible from Saturday 27 February 2027

- PPE: Safety helmets (hard hats) and high visibility vests (high-vis vests) are required to be worn by everyone in order to gain entry to the venue on Saturday 27 February. We advise exhibitors to bring their own, but a limited stock will be available to purchase from the Abraxys desk at the North Entrance. Please note PPE is not required for access on Sunday 28 February.

DOS & DONT'S:
Branding:
- If you plan to bring any large items onto your stand or carry out any activity, you must complete the Special Activity Form in advance for approval
- If your activity or activation is likely to attract a queue, please ensure that it wraps around your own stand and does not obstruct neighbouring stands
- Pull-up banners, posters or any other form of branding are not permitted in the aisles
- No rigging above the structure is permitted
- We DO NOT recommend leaving any valuables overnight on your pod or stand, even if stored in a lockable counter
Co-exhibitors:
- Should you wish to have other companies co-exhibiting in your space, you will need to provide each co-exhibitor's details by submitting the Stand Co-exhibitors form in the Forms & Deadlines Section
