Approved artwork for turnkey exhibit graphics will be due no later than 12:00 PM CST Thursday, September 5, 2024
Artwork files must be submitted directly to Freeman. Please click here to submit your artwork files
Please ensure that your files follow our naming convention “Company Name_Event Name_Booth #_Use" (use = counter, back wall, etc.)
Once received, a graphic proof will be created and sent to you for review and approval prior to placing into production
Artwork received after the deadline will be subject to late surcharges

Corner booths will only have one low wall on the side facing the neighbor booth. Exhibitors can arrange a low wall facing the aisle with Freeman directly. Please contat Freeman at TurnkeyExhibits@freeman.com
It is strictly forbidden to drill, staple or fix any attachments to the walls. It is advisable to use low tack, removable double-sided tape or removable Velcro to attach posters. Exhibitors will incur costs for any damage to the panel structures
Furniture packages come as a set, and are not interchangable with preferred items
All decorative items and products must fit within the booth. No elements can be higher than 8’ height (the height of the Exhibition Booth Plus structure) and the line of sight must be maintained
Rigging above Exhibition Booth Plus is strictly forbidden
Flat screen monitors cannot be fixed on the panels due to weight restrictions, and all monitor options are either freestanding (dual-post) or tabletop
Pull up banners, posters and any other forms of branding are not permitted in the aisles
Exhibitors are not allowed to alter or dismantle their Exhibition Booth Plus
