  • Have you heard of the Donation Room? It’s a circular economy initiative designed to minimize the environmental footprint of MWC. Active since 2016, it enables event materials, furniture and décor elements to be recovered and donated to social and cultural organizations in Barcelona and L’Hospitalet de Llobregat.
  • As an exhibitor, you can extend the life of your materials — giving unused furniture and equipment a second chance, while supporting people, the planet, and our host cities.
  • By participating, you help reduce waste, champion the Circular Economy, and contribute to the wider impact of MWC Environmental Programme.

Why It Matters

Your contributions directly support social and cultural projects endorsed by Barcelona City Council and L’Hospitalet de Llobregat City Council, ensuring your items benefit local communities in meaningful ways.

Every donation helps us build a more sustainable event - together.

Let’s reduce waste, give back, and create positive impact that extends far beyond the show floor.

Thank you for being a responsible and generous guest
