Manage My Registration
There are two systems in use for registering to attend the event:
- The Public Registration System is used by all attendees to complete their registrations. Paid and invited attendees will need to complete all steps themselves, whereas attendees uploaded via the Client Portal using the single or bulk upload tool, will only be required to add in some additional personal information and submit their ID and photo for their identity check.
- The Client Portal (formerly known as Exhibitor & Partner Registration System) is used by those with a complimentary allocation of passes to register their visitors and staff.
Access to the Client Portal
All registration coordinators will be sent an email with instructions on how to log into their Client Portal account. Once logged in, you will be able to clearly see your allocation of complimentary passes on the Dashboard.
You are strongly advised to review the Help Section and watch the Tutorial Videos before starting to make sure you understand all the tools available to you.
If you are sharing the workload with a colleague, you can easily add another coordinator after you have logged into the system using the ‘Add Coordinator’ button within the Account Management section.
If you want to change the main registration coordinator, click on ‘Need to Know’ section at the top, then click on Additional Contacts and Registration Coordinator.
Pass Types
Pass types available for the event are:
- Exhibition Pass
- Leaders’ Pass
- VIP Pass
- Exhibitor / Partner Staff Pass

Exhibitor / Partner Staff passes are the same and have the same benefits as the Exhibition pass but with the addition of Extended Hours access, see more information below.
Your service providers, who need access only during build up and dismantling, will register via a different system for Digital Contractor Passes. You can submit their information via your Client Portal account so that they can register themselves.
Extended Hours
Extended Hours access allows pass holders into the venue during the build up and dismantling periods as well as earlier / later on event open days. Extended Hours is indicated by a star symbol on your Digital Access Pass.
Digital Access Passes with Extended Hours can be used from 11 February to 11 March 2025 so you don’t need to get a separate pass for build up and dismantling.
You will be able to see within your account which pass types have Extended Hours as standard. If you have any attendees with Exhibition Passes that require Extended Hours you can add this yourself in your Client Portal account (Exhibition Pass only) and it will automatically update their pass.
