Please note Exhibition Stand Plus exhibitors are allowed to access their stand for set up on Sunday 2 March 2025 08:00-21:00.
Stand composed of (all sizes):
- Stand structure with metal frame and white walls (250cm high) and no ceiling
- Platform 5cmH
- Recyclable grey carpet
- 43in screen mounted on wall with USB socket and HDMI cable
- 3006mmW x 2510mmH graphic panel printed on canvas (download artwork templates)
- Fascia Name Board with company name and stand number
- General lighting: 1x long arm LED spotlight per 4sqm of space
- 1 double point socket
- Switchboard with embedded socket
- Carpentry box covering switchboard - not fixed to stand structure

Please use the templates provided to create your artwork - For stand sizes above 18sqm two counters are included. Please note individual artwork can be provided for each counter.
- AV Equipment:
- 43in screen mounted on wall with USB socket and HDMI cable.
- A standard HDMI cable is provided, if other cables or connectors are required this should be provided by the exhibitor.
- Power Supply: 230V power supply available from Sunday 2 March 2025 (07:00-23:00)
- Stands up to 18m2: 3.3kw/16A switchboard with embedded socket and 1 double point socket
- Stands above 18m2: 6.6kw/32A switchboard with embedded socket and 1 double point socket
- Please note: Switchboards are not fixed to the stand structure
Customisation
- The new style of Exhibition Stand Plus offers high flexibility and customisation options using the Aluvision system.

Handover: Exhibition Stand Plus packages will be accessible from Sunday 25 February 2024.

Please note:
- If the Fascia Name Board form is not submitted, the fascia name board will display the company name submitted through the Exhibitor Profile form. If none of these forms are submitted, the fascia name board will show the company name on the contract.
- If the Artwork Submission form is not submitted, the Exhibition Stand Plus will not be branded. Exhibitors would need to arrange for graphics with servifira at their own cost.
- If the Switchboard & Socket Location form is not submitted, the switchboard will be placed at Fira's discretion and additional costs may incur if it needs to be moved.
- It is not permitted to drill, staple or affix any attachments to the panels. Exhibitors are advised to use double sided tape or Velcro to attach posters.
- Rigging above Exhibition Stand Plus is not permitted.
- All decorative items and products must fit within the stand. No elements can be higher than the exhibition stand plus structure.
- Exhibitors are not allowed to dismantle their Exhibition Stand Plus themselves and will be charged for any damaged material if this is attempted.
