Meeting Room Plus
Please note Meeting Room Plus exhibitors are allowed to access their meeting room for set up on Sunday 1 March 2026 08:00-21:00.
The MWC Barcelona Exhibition Stand Plus and Meeting Rooms Plus packages are built using beMatrix frame system, the leading system for easy and sustainable event building which combines all the benefits of a modular system with the many possibilities of custom-made solutions.The MWC Barcelona Exhibition Stand and Meeting Room Plus packages walls are built using a high-quality stretch canvas fabric over the beMatrix aluminium frame providing a sleek, seamless and professional look. This creates a graphic display with photographic quality and colour vibrancy that is lifelike and ideal for showcasing your brand.
Meeting Room Plus package composed of (all sizes):
- Stand structure with metal frame and white walls (250cm high)
- Platform 5cmH
- Recyclable grey carpet
- White fabric ceiling
- Metal frame door with combination lock
- 43in screen mounted on wall with USB socket and HDMI cable
- 2510mmH x 2014mmW graphic panel printed on canvas (download templates)
- Fascia Name Board with company name and meeting room number. Please note the fascia board size depends on the size of the meeting room front wall.
- LED spotlights on electrified rail 25w. 1 spotlight per 3 sqm
- Switchboard with embedded socket
- 1 double point socket
- Carpentry box covering switchboard
- Basic cleaning including vacuuming and emptying of bins is included in this package. Additional cleaning, if required, can be purchased through servifira

Please use the templates provided to create your artwork
- AV Equipment
- 43in screen mounted on wall with USB socket and HDMI cable.
- A standard HDMI cable is provided, if other cables or connectors are required this should be provided by the exhibitor.
- MAC adapters are not included (only HDMI)
- Power Supply: 230V power supply available from Sunday 1 March 2026 (07:00-23:00)
- Rooms up to 18m2: 3.3kw/16A switchboard with 1 single socket embedded in switchboard and 1 double socket in extension
- Rooms above 18m2: 6.6kw/32A switchboard with 1 embedded socket in switchboard and 1 double socket in extension
Key Collection
Meeting Room Plus keycodes can be collected from the Exhibitor Care Help Desk located in the South Entrance Level -1 from Sunday 1 March 2026. In order to collect the key, Exhibitors will need to provide their exhibitor badge or business card as identification.
Customisation
- The new style of Meeting Room Plus offers high flexibility and customisation options using the beMatrix system.

Meeting Room Plus packages with a front wall measuring 5 metres and above will be built with a totem fascia as per visual below.

Handover: Meeting Room Plus packages will be accessible from Sunday 1 March 2026.

Please note:
- If the Fascia Name Board form is not submitted, the fascia name board will display the company name submitted through the Exhibitor Profile form. If none of these forms are submitted, the fascia name board will show the company name on the contract
- If the Artwork Submission form is not submitted, the Meeting Room Plus will not be branded. Exhibitors would need to arrange for graphics with servifira at their own cost
- If the Switchboard & Socket Location form is not submitted, the switchboard will be placed at Fira's discretion and additional costs may incur if it needs to be move
- It is not permitted to drill, staple or fix any attachments to the panels. Exhibitors are advised to use double sided tape or Velcro to attach posters.
- Rigging above meeting rooms is not permitted.
- All decorative items and products must fit within the meeting room. No elements can be higher than the meeting room structure.
- Exhibitors planning on fitting out their Meeting Room Plus must send the stand plans to Abraxys Ltd for inspection. Please click here to visit the Stand Plan Submission. page for more details.
