GENERAL INFORMATION:

  • Location: 4YFN will be located in Hall 8.1 and a part of Hall 8.0 at Fira Gran Via Venue
  • Advance Pod Package is a 4-day product 

PACKAGE DESCRIPTION:

Structure & furniture:
  • Advance Pod of 175cm deep x 450cm wide located in Hall 8.1
  • 1x Welcome desk with lockable cabinet and stool
  • 2x Stools
  • 1x High table
  • 3x Spotlight arm on structure for lighting
  • Carpet flooring
  • Stand number showing on structure
Power & Wi-Fi:
  • 1.2KW power supply (suitable for laptops, phone charging)
  • 1x Double socket at the welcome desk
  • Wi-Fi: Courtesy Wi-Fi is available for email and light browsing only
    IMPORTANT: Not suitable for demos or high-usage activities
Branding & artwork:
  • Company branding printed on fascia
  • Use this fascia artwork template indicated by panel A (see image below) for submission 
  • Use this main counter artwork template indicated by panel B (see image below) for submission
Cleaning:
  • Basic cleaning is provided once set-up is completed and each evening during the event

Exhibition passes:
  • A limited number of complimentary Exhibition passes for staff and guests (based on stand size) are provided

Online presence & promotion:
  • 100-Word company profile and product listing included on:
    • 4YFN & MWC websites and on My MWC Series App
    • Exhibitor page on 4YFN & MWC websites
  • Company logo and social media links will be listed on 4YFN event website


FORMS & DEADLINES:

Handover: Advance Pod Packages will be accessible from Saturday 28 February 2026
  • Clients may access their Advance Pod Package on Saturday 28 February; however, please note that final cleaning is scheduled for Sunday 1 March, as building work will still be ongoing on Saturday. The plastic carpet protection will not be removed until Sunday evening

Please note:

  • If the Advance Pod Information form is not submitted by the above deadline, Exhibitor will need to contact servifira and purchase additional graphics. Print cost will apply as follows: Advance Pod Fascia €427,55 | Advance Pod Counter €30,30
  • If graphics are not submitted through the OEM or purchased with servifira, only the 4YFN logo will be printed on the fascia

DOS & DONT'S: 

Additional Items:
  • If you plan to bring any large items onto the Advance Pod or have any activities, you must complete the Special Activity Form in advance for approval
  • If your activity or activation is likely to attract a queue, please ensure that it wraps around your own stand and does not obstruct neighbouring stands
  • Due to space limitations, additional orders for your Advance Pod are restricted to the below and can only be hired through servifira:
    • AV Services 
      • One 32" TV screen -  or slightly larger - is allowed, but you must submit the Special Activity Form in advance for approval
      • TV screens must not be placed outside your stand area
      • The screen can be mounted directly onto the pod structure to save space (additional cost applies)
    • Wi-Fi & Wired Internet
  • Furniture: additional furniture is not permitted
  • We DO NOT recommend leaving any valuables overnight on your pod or stand, even if stored in a lockable counter
Branding:
  • Pull-up banners are not permitted in the aisles or within the perimeter of your Pod or Stand
  • Posters or any other form of branding are not permitted in the aisles
  • No graphics or decorations are allowed to be attached on the pod structure
Advance Pod structure:
  • The common area within the structure should be kept clean at all times
  • Rigging above the structure is not permitted
