New Build-up Schedule

Catering during Build-up & Dismantling

Cooking or food preparation is strictly prohibited during build-up and dismantling. Click here for full details.


Gangways / Aisles

Gangways must remain clear at all times and cannot be used for resting, catering, or queuing. Click here for full details.


Hanging Banner / Ceiling Policy

Any banner or ceiling hung from the hall roof must stay within 1 meter above the stand top. Banners and ceilings must be included in the stand plans. Click here for full details.


Pin Spots / Stick Lights

Overhanging lights are only permitted under strict height and approval conditions. Click here for full details.


Robotic Devices

Robotic and automated devices require prior approval, safety documentation, and strict placement within stand boundaries. Exhibitors must complete and submit the Robotic Devices form for approval. Click here for full details.


Scent Control

Any scents or fragrances must be controlled to avoid nuisance or disturbance to others. Click here for full details.


Stand Partitions

Space Only stands must provide self-supporting back walls at least 2.5 m high, with any higher sections neatly finished in plain black when facing neighbours. Click here for full details.

4YFN & MWC Access during show days

4YFN Attendee Pass holders and 4YFN Exhibitor / Partner Staff Pass holders MUST access via the 4YFN Access: Fira Gran Via, Hall 8 (North Entrance) on Monday 2 and Tuesday 3 March. 4YFN Attendee Pass and 4YFN Exhibitor / Partner Staff Pass grants access to MWC on Wednesday 4 and Thursday 5 March only.

4YFN Investor pass holders and 4YFN VIP pass holders can use either the 4YFN Access: Fira Gran Via, Hall 8 (North Entrance) or MWC Access (South Entrance).
