- Location: 4YFN is located in Hall 8.1 and part of Hall 8.0 at Fira Gran Via. The Daily Meeting Rooms are located in CC8, Hall 8.1
- Room Types: Choose between a Daily Meeting Room (1-day access) or a 4-Day Meeting Room (access for the full event)
- Access: Daily rooms are accessible only on the booked day; 4-day rooms are accessible from Sunday, 1 March 2026

- The furniture supplied with the meeting room package is a set package and therefore not interchangeable with preferred items

- Power Supply: 230V power supply available from Sunday 1 March 2026 (08:00 - 23:00)
- 3 kw/16A Switchboard with triple socket stripe
- 4 Double power sockets fixed on wall
- Wi-Fi: Courtesy Wi-Fi is available for email and light browsing only
IMPORTANT: Not suitable for demos or high-usage activities
- Basic cleaning is provided once set-up is completed and each evening during the event
- 4-day meeting rooms will be cleaned each day at the end of the event day
- You will need an access key to enter your meeting room. Room keys can be collected from the welcome desk in CC8 and must be returned there at the end of each day or time slot
- Daily Meeting Rooms will only be accessible the day they have been booked. For Monday bookings only, the rooms will be available from Sunday 1 March 2026 from 14:30 to 21:00

- A limited number of complimentary Exhibition passes for staff and guests (based on package contracted) are provided

Please note: if no logo is submitted, the digital screen will display the company name as shown on the contract
DOS & DON'TS
- It is strictly forbidden to drill, staple or fix any attachments to the walls
- It is not possible to brand the meeting room other than placing free-standing pop-up banners inside the room
- External branding is not permitted in the meeting room
- Once the show is finished, the CC8 Manager will inspect the room to ensure that all items are in place and that no damage has been done to the room. Please note, you may incur extra charges if the room has been damaged
