- Handover: Daily Meeting Rooms will only be accessible the day they have been booked. Only the Monday bookings will be available from Sunday 2 March 2025 as booked on the first day
- This package is available as 4-day product or a 1-day product
PACKAGE DESCRIPTION:
Meeting Room facilities: - Soundproofed Walls
- 1x Door with lock
- Digital screen at the door for Company Logo or room number to be included
- Power Supply: 230V power supply available from Sunday 2 March 2025 (08:00 - 23:00)
- 3 kw/16A Switchboard with triple socket stripe
- 4 Double power sockets fixed on wall
- Cleaning: Basic Cleaning - sweep and empty bins - will be provided once set-up is finished and every evening during event day
Keys:
- Daily Meeting Rooms will only be accessible the day they have been booked. For Monday bookings only, the rooms will be available from Sunday 2 March 2025 from 14:30 to 21:00
- Please note these Meeting Rooms are guarded by a security manager who is in the CC8 Room area at all times

DOS & DON'TS
- It is strictly forbidden to drill, staple or fix any attachments to the walls
- It is not possible to brand the meeting room other than placing free-standing pop-up banners inside the room
- External branding is not permitted in the Meeting Room
- Once the show is finished, the CC8 Manager will inspect the room to ensure that all items are in place and that no damage has been done to the room. Please note, you may incur extra charges if the room has been damaged
