- 230V power supply available from Saturday 27 February 2027 (07:00h - 23:00h)
- Stands up to 18m2: 3.3kw/16A Switchboard with 3 embedded sockets
- Stands above 18m2: 6.6kw/32A Switchboard with 3 embedded sockets
- Wi-Fi: Courtesy Wi-Fi is available for email and light browsing only
IMPORTANT: Not suitable for demos or high-usage activities
- Basic cleaning is provided once set-up is completed and each evening during the event
- A limited number of complimentary Exhibition passes for staff and guests (based on stand size) are provided

NEW
- If you plan to deliver presentations or product demonstrations on your stand, we strongly recommend providing attendees with headsets to minimise noise disruption to neighbouring exhibitors.
Please ensure you comply with the following sound regulations:
- Any equipment, presentations, demonstrations, simulations or other devices producing sound must not cause disturbance to neighbouring exhibitors or visitors.
- Noise generated from your stand must be kept at a reasonable level at all times and must not exceed 3 dB above the ambient background noise, measured from a distance of 3 metres from the stand.
- All speakers and sound equipment must be positioned to face inwards towards your stand and not towards the aisles or neighbouring stands, helping to minimise noise spill and distractions.
Microphone use
If you intend to use wireless microphones, you are responsible for obtaining the appropriate frequency licence in advance of the event. Microphones without the required licence will not be permitted for use onsite.
Information about Special Activities
- If you plan to carry out any activity on your stand, you must complete the Special Activity Form in advance for approval.
- If your activity or activation is likely to attract a queue, please ensure that it wraps around your own stand and does not obstruct neighbouring stands
