GENERAL INFORMATION:

  • Location: 4YFN is located in Hall 8.1 and part of Hall 8.0 at Fira Gran Via Venue
  • Startup Corners are designed for Delegations hosting Startups
  • Startup Corner structures can have 4, 8 or 10 Startup Pods
  • Startup Corner package with 8 or 10 Startup Pods are available as 4-day product or a 2-day product (Monday-Tuesday or Wednesday-Thursday)
  • Startup Corner package with 4 Startup Pods are only available as a 4-day product 
  • The main parent company should provide each Startup Company´s details and location within their Startup Corner structure, by submitting the Stand Co-exhibitors form

PACKAGE DESCRIPTION:

Startup Corner packages are available in configurations of 8 or 10 Startup Pods. Please make sure you reference the correct one. Check your size indicated in your contract and floorplan.

Corner structure (8 or 10 Startup Pod Configuration) includes:
  • Structure & layout:
    • 8 or 10 Startup Pods depending on the product
    • There is no clear side border between pods
    • Carpet flooring
  • Power & Wi-Fi:
    • 6.6Kw per corner of 8
    • 9.9Kw per corner of 10
    • Wi-Fi: Courtesy Wi-Fi is available for email and light browsing only
      IMPORTANT: Not suitable for demos or high-usage activities
  • Cleaning: 
    • Basic cleaning is provided once set-up is completed and each evening during the event

Delegation Front Desk (8 & 10 Startup Pod Configuration) includes:
  • Structure & layout:
    • 1x Welcome desk with lockable cabinet
    • 2x Stools
    • 1x Spotlight arm on structure for lighting
    • Stand number showing on structure
    • Carpet flooring
  • Power & Wi-Fi:
    • Standard power for laptop or phone charging
    • 1x Double socket at welcome desk
    • Wi-Fi: Courtesy Wi-Fi is available for email and light browsing only
      IMPORTANT: Not suitable for demos or high-usage activities
  • Branding & artwork:
    • Branding on counter indicated by panel B (see image below) click here for template
    • Branding on back wall indicated by panel A (see image below) click here for template

Information for Co-exhibitors - Startup Pods (4, 8 & 10 Startup Pod Configuration):
  • Structure & layout:
    • Individual Pod (150cm x 175cm size) located within Corner structure 
    • 1x Welcome desk with lockable cabinet
    • 2x Stools
    • 1x Spotlight arm on structure for lighting
    • Stand number showing on structure
  • Power & Wi-Fi:
    • Standard power for laptop or phone charging
    • 1x Double socket at welcome desk
    • Wi-Fi: Courtesy Wi-Fi is available for email and light browsing only
      IMPORTANT: Not suitable for demos or high-usage activities
  • Branding & artwork:
    • Branding & Company details printed on the fascia indicated by panel C (see image below). Click here for artwork template
    • Co-exhibitors will be able to submit their artwork file and company details through the corresponding form in this Manual
Please note:
  • After the deadline, co-exhibitors will need to contact servifira and purchase additional graphics. Print cost will apply depending on the stand type and print requirements
  • If graphics are not submitted through the OEM or purchased with Servifira, only the 4YFN Logo will be printed on the fascia

Exhibition passes: 
  • A limited number of complimentary Exhibition passes for staff and guests (based on stand size) are provided
  • The Delegation company will be allocating the Exhibition passes to each Startup Company

Online presence & promotion:
  • 100-Word company profile and product listing included on:
    • 4YFN & MWC websites and on My MWC Series App 
    • Exhibitor page 4YFN & MWC websites
  • Company logo and social media links will be listed on 4YFN event website 

FORMS & DEADLINES:

Handover: Startup Corner packages will be accessible from Saturday 28 February 2026.

Please note:
  • If the Startup Corner Delegation Artwork Submission form is not submitted by the above deadline, exhibitors will need to contact Servifira to purchase additional graphics. Print cost will apply depending on the stand type and print requirements
  • If graphics are not submitted via the OEM or purchased through Servifira, only the 4YFN Logo will be printed on the fascia

DOS & DONT'S: 

Additional items:
  • Bringing large or bulky items that limit the usable space of your stand is not allowed. Stools have been arranged according to the pod layout and must remain in their designated positions—they cannot be moved to accommodate larger items. If you plan to bring any large items onto the Delegation Front Desk or carry out any activity, you must complete the Special Activity Form in advance for approval
  • If your activity or activation is likely to attract a queue, please ensure that it wraps around your own stand and does not obstruct neighbouring stands
  • Due to space limitations, additional orders for your Startup Pod/Corner are restricted to the below and can only be hired through Servifira:
    • AV Services: 
      • A 32” TV screen is the maximum size allowed for Startup Pods. Delegation Corners may request a larger screen at an additional cost through Servifira, but must also submit the Special Activity Form
      • TV screens must not be placed outside your stand area
      • The screen can be mounted directly onto the pod structure to save space (additional cost applies). Please note that this option is not available at the Delegation Desk
    • Wi-Fi & Wired Internet
  • Furniture: additional furniture is not permitted
Branding:
  • Pull-up banners are not permitted in the aisles or within the Startup Corner structure
  • Posters or any other form of branding are not permitted in the aisles
  • No graphics or decoration are allowed to be attached on the pod/Corner structure
Corner structure:
  • There is no clear side border between pods
  • The common area within the Corner structure should be kept clean at all times
  • Rigging above the structure is not permitted
