General Information
- Startup Corners are designed for Delegations hosting Startups
- The main parent company should provide each Startup Company´s details and location within their Startup Corner structure, by submitting the Stand Co-exhibitors form

Startup Corner packages are available in configurations of 8 or 10 Startup Pods with a welcome desk at one end. Please make sure you reference the correct one. Check your size indicated in your contract and floorplan.
Structure & layout:
- 8 or 10 Startup Pods depending on the product
- Welcome Desk at one end for the delegation owner
- There is no clear side border between pods
- Carpet flooring
Power & Internet:
- 1Kw twin power socket per Startup Pod & 2x 1Kw sockets at the Delegation Welcome Desk
- Please note there is NO internet provided as part of your package. If you require wired internet, please contact the DECC IT team (see Supplierssection).
- Basic cleaning is provided once set-up is completed and on each evening of the event
Branding & artwork:
- Company name printed vertically on the panel behind the delegation welcome counter 600mm wide x 3000mm high
- Company logo on front of counter - 1420mm wide x 940mm high
- File format - Illustrator (ensure fonts are outlined or embedded), PSD, PDF, TIFF with editable format. Resolution - 300dpi in actual size.
- Please submit your artwork using the official form in the Forms section of this OEM
Exhibition passes:
- A limited number of complimentary Exhibition passes for staff and guests (based on stand size) are provided
- The Delegation company will be allocating the Exhibition passes to each Startup Company

- Exhibitors are entitled to a Company Profile and Product Listing on the official MWC Doha website. Please click here to go to Forms & Deadlines and submit your profile and select products.
Information for Co-exhibitors - Startup Pods within 8 & 10 Startup Pod Configuration:
Structure & layout:
- Individual Pod (1.5m x 1.5m floor space) located within Corner structure
- 1x desk with lockable cabinet
- 2x stools
- Stand number showing on structure
- 1Kw twin socket per Startup Pod
- Please note there is NO internet provided as part of your package. If you require wired internet for your stand please contact the DECC IT team (see Supplierssection).
- Company branding printed on panel above pod - 1000 wide x 1400mm high
- File format - Illustrator (ensure fonts are outlined or embedded), PSD, PDF, TIFF with editable format. Resolution - 300dpi in actual size.
- Please submit your artwork using the official form in the Forms section of this OEM
- Please note: If graphics are not submitted through the OEM by 1 November 2025, only the 4YFN Logo will be printed on the pod graphic panels

DO'S & DONT'S:
Additional Items:
- Bringing large or bulky items that limit the usable space of your stand is not allowed. Stools have been arranged according to the pod layout and must remain in their designated positions—they cannot be moved to accommodate larger items. If you plan to bring any large items onto the pod or have any activities, you must complete the Special Activity Form in advance of the event for approval
- AV Services: One 55" TV screen (maximum size). Any screen must be free-standing or sit on the counter (it cannot be wall-mounted).
- Wi-Fi and Wired Internet
- Furniture: additional furniture is not permitted
Branding:
- Pull-up banners are not permitted in the aisles or within the perimeter of your Pod
- Posters or any other form of branding are not permitted in the aisles
- No graphics or decoration are allowed to be attached on the Pod structure
Corner Structure:
- Startup Pods are located within a Corner structure of 6, 8, 10 or 12 pods. There is no clear side border between pods
- The common area within the Corner structure must be kept clean at all times
- Rigging above the structure is not permitted
