SPONSORSHIP IMPLEMENTATION OVERVIEW
MWC Doha has become the event it is thanks to the help of our sponsors and partners. By becoming a sponsor, you promote your business and establish your brand as a major player to a senior-level audience at the event.

In addition to the finer detail of your sponsorship package, as a sponsor, you will be entitled to the following benefits:
- Company profile listed on the MWC Doha Website and the MWC MyApp
- Sponsorship Delivery Manager to guide you through your package
Information we will require from you
- Confirm your main point of contact for all communication – where possible we would prefer to streamline updates to one or two points of contact within your Company, however please let us know if additional stakeholders require access to your SharePoint folder to review the information provided
- Your logo for print use, please send a high-resolution colour & white logo, ideally in EPS format. High-quality file examples: EPS created in Adobe Illustrator; High-resolution (300dpi) TIFF.
- Your logo for digital use, please send a high-resolution colour & white JPEG or PNG logo file
- The URL you would like us to hyperlink your company logo to
- Any brand guidelines we should follow when using your logo. Kindly note we will not be able to send you pre-approval each time we apply your logo or reference you as a sponsor.
- Your company social media handles for Twitter and LinkedIn
The above information should be sent directly to your Sponsorship Delivery Manager. If any of the above changes, please let us know as soon as possible.
You will be given access to a private Asana system, which will contain information related to your sponsorship package.
In Asana you will find a live delivery tracker listing all of the elements within your sponsorship package and key deadlines. This tracker will be regularly updated by your Sponsorship Delivery Manager.
All Sponsors are allocated a dedicated Sponsorship Delivery Manager to be their day-to-day contact, managing the implementation of your sponsorship package. Your Sponsorship Delivery Manager will reach out to you shortly to discuss the particulars of your package and any deadlines.
