EXHIBITION SUPPLIERS & SERVICES

Please note that when an exhibitor engages with external suppliers, GSMA shall have no liability for payment, and the service requested will be directly provided by, invoiced by, and payable to, the Event Vendor. The Company should enquire as to the rates at which the services will be invoiced and any applicable Event Vendor Terms of Services for agreement prior to any order being concluded.

Space Only Stands - DECC is your official provider for Mains Power, Rigging, Furniture, Carpet, AV - links to these forms can be found below..

Exhibition Stand Plus, Standard Meeting Room & Executive Meeting Room- please refer to the My Space tab to check what is included with your stand package. If you need extra electrical sockets/power supply, lighting or furniture - at additional cost - you can use the Order Form links within the sections below.

AUDIO VISUAL

To order Audio Visual items, e.g. LED screens, laptops, etc, please contact operations@decc.qa

CARPET, FLOORING & PLATFORMS

Carpet is included with Exhibition Stand Plus, Meeting Rooms and Executive Meeting Rooms. If you wish to change your carpet colour, please contact the official contractor on mc@decc.qa. Please note that this will be an additional cost.

Carpet is not included with Space Only stands and it is compulsory for a floor covering to be provided. Please see the Stand Rules & Regulations for more information.

CATERING

To order food or drink to be delivered to your stand, submit the Stand Catering Form by no later than 15 November 2025. If you have any queries, please contact the venue Food & Beverage team at fnb@decc.qa

There will also be pay-for catering outlets within the event where you can buy hot/cold drinks and food.

Drinking water fountains can be found around the perimeter of the exhibition halls,

CLEANING

Basic stand cleaning is included with package stands and meeting rooms. There is no cleaning included with Space Only stands. To request cleaning services, please use the Cleaning Order Form (deadline 23 October 2025)

ELECTRICAL SUPPLY / POWER / MAINS - SPACE ONLY STANDS ONLY

To order your electrical supply and equipment for your stand please submit the Utilities Form

FLORAL / PLANTS HIRE

For floral or green plant hire, contact mc@decc.qa

FURNITURE

(Please note that Exhibition Stand Plus, EMRs and 4YFN Packages include some furniture - see My Space for further information.)

GRAPHICS SERVICES

Some packages come with graphics included and you must submit artwork for these areas by no later than 23 October 2025. Check the My Space tab on this OEM for further info, If you would like to order additional graphics or signage for your stand - at extra cost - please contact mc@decc.qa

LEAD RETRIEVAL

Collect visitor contact details by scanning their badges. Order this service through our official supplier. Click here for more information
