EMERGENCY & EVACUATION
In the event of an evacuation, the following automated voice announcement will be heard in English & Arabic languages;
"May I have your attention please, an incident had been detected in the building, please leave the building immediately by the nearest available exit, do not attempt to use the lifts”

Please stop whatever you are doing and leave the building via the nearest exit point (signified by a green exit sign) and go to your nearest assembly point indicated below.
EVACUATION ROUTES & ASSEMBLY POINTS
Once the building is confirmed safe to return, you will be notified by the venue Assembly Wardens. Do not re-enter until advised.
In the event that you detect a fire, smell smoke or in an emergency situation:
- Call the internal emergency number, stating the location, the area and the type of situation: +974 4033 1999 (or 999 if called from venue phone)
- If the above is not possible, press the closest alarm button:
- The location of the nearest First Aid post is by Loading Bay Gate 1
- In the event of a first aid emergency, inform the nearest Security Guard or call Security on +974 4033 1999 (or 999 from an internal venue phone)
- If the person has lost consciousness, stretch the person out on the floor with his or her feet elevated.
- In case of vomiting, place the head in a sideways position
- Loosen and unfasten clothing, neckties, belts, etc.
- Stay with the person until help arrives.
