SHIPPING, FREIGHT & ONSITE HANDLING

Please read the information within the Shipping Manual carefully- the manual can be downloaded here

Any cargo originating from outside of Qatar will require customs clearance. Please note that the documentation requirements for importing freight into Qatar and complex and require legalisation by the Qatari Authorities at origin. Many commodities, such as Telecommunications Equipment, Cameras, Drones and Robots require an Import License, which needs to be arranged through the relevant Government Authority prior to cargo arriving in Qatar. This process can take up to one month from the time the application is submitted.

If customs clearance services are required, please contact EF-GSM with initial draft shipping documentation by 17 September 2026 (or 2 weeks prior to vessel departure from origin in the case of sea freight shipments, if earlier)
