The Daily Meeting Rooms are a high specification of meeting room that offers privacy and excellent turnkey facilities. The meeting rooms are located in the Conference Center CC8. The rooms offer undisturbed privacy in a formal business setting; these rooms are fully equipped allowing you to conduct your meeting with minimal preparation and no hassle

• Location: The Daily Meeting Rooms are located in the CC8
  
• Handover: Daily Meeting Rooms will only be accessible the day they have been booked. For Monday bookings only, the rooms will be available from Sunday 2 March 2025 from 14:30 to 21:00
• This package is available for full day and half day. For half day bookings, the following time slots are available:
  AM:  09:00 - 13:00
  PM: 15:00 - 19:00

Meeting Room facilities:

• 1x Door with Lock 
• Digital screen at the door for Company Logo or room number to be included
• Power Supply: 230V power supply available from Sunday 2 March 2025 (08:00 - 23:00)
• 3 kw/16A Switchboard with triple socket stripe
• 4 Double Power Sockets fixed on wall
• Cleaning: Basic Cleaning - sweep and empty bins - will be provided once set-up is finished and every evening during event day

Access:

•     Access from 9:00 for AM bookings and from 15:00 for PM bookings
•     A dedicated host will give you access to your meeting room on the day

Furniture Package:
The furniture supplied with the meeting room package is a set package and therefore not interchangeable with preferred items.

Branding:

• It is strictly forbidden to drill, staple or fix any attachments to the walls.
• It is not possible to brand the meeting room other than placing free-standing pop-up banners inside the room.
• External branding is not permitted in the Meeting Room.
• Once the show is finished, the CC8 Manager will supervise the room to ensure that all items are in place and that not damage has been done to the room. Please note, you may incur extra charges if the room has been damaged.
