Please note New Frontiers Pod Exhibitors are allowed to access their pod for set up on Sunday 1 March 2026 08:00-21:00.


New Frontiers Pod composed of: 

  • 2m x 2m area
  • Fabric with full colour print on backwall (1984mm W x 480mm H)
  • 1m high x 1m wide white dividing wall with neighbouring pod 
  • (1) 43" screen and wall reinforcement for TV screen 
  • (1) Lockable cabinet; 50x50 x 100 cm
  • (1) Bridge table 110cm high x 60cm wide x 120cm deep 
  • (1) Artwork on frontside of bridge table (600mm W x 1095mm H)
  • (2) White stools
  • (1) Spotlight 
  • Carpet (dark grey)
AV Equipment: 
  • 43in screen mounted on wall with USB socket and HDMI cable 
  • A standard HDMI cable is provided, if other cables or connectors are required this should be provided by the exhibitor 
  • MAC adapters not included (only HDMI)
Power Supply: 230V power supply available from Sunday 1 March 2026 (07:00-23:00)
  • 1.2kw switchboard inside the counter
  • Double socket inside counter

Branding Specifications:
    • Graphics are included with your New Frontiers Pod package to brand the table and back wall
    • Artwork dimensions:
      • Branding on the wall: 1984mm W x 480mm H
      • Branding on the table: 600mm W x 1095mm H
      • Click here to download artwork specifications which indicate the position of the screen and furniture
      • Please use the measurements provided to create your artwork to avoid any design elements being obscured by the screen and furniture

IMPORTANT: All pod packages are subject to change and will be adapted as necessary to adhere to government guidance and regulations in place at the time of the Event.

Please note:
  • If the Artwork Submission form is not submitted, the Exhibition Pod will not be branded. Exhibitors would need to arrange for graphics with servifira at their own cost.

DOS & DONT'S

  • It is not permitted to drill, staple or affix any attachments to the panels. Exhibitors are advised to use double sided tape or Velcro to attach posters.
  • Rigging above Exhibition Pod is not permitted.
  • All decorative items and products must fit within the stand. No elements can be higher than the exhibition pod structure.
  • Exhibitors are not allowed to dismantle their Exhibition Pod themselves and will be charged for any damaged material if this is attempted.
