Hospitality Suite Policy - Hall 2
Hall 2 space should be designed specifically to host clients for invited meetings and hospitality. As a result many spaces will be fully enclosed.
It is compulsory for spaces to have a perimeter wall and clients in this hall must build spaces with a single primary point of entry, with the remainder having walling of an enclosure that cannot be breached. Walls cannot be stepped back in order to overcome this ruling.
Stands facing aisle H must however observe the Enclosed Exhibition Stands rule on this side of the stand only, keeping it at least 50% open.
As Hall 2 is generally quiet, Exhibitors should pay special attention to the noise policy, particularly with the respect to the displaying of promotional videos, product demonstrations or networking functions. Any speakers or sound equipment within an exhibiting stand must be positioned to face inside the stand space, not towards the aisle or a neighbouring stand, in order to minimize the amount of noise or distraction towards aisles and neighbouring exhibits.
Hybrid Stands - Hall 3
All stands in Hall 3 are classed as Hybrid stands, which are a combination of exhibition and hospitality space, giving exhibitors the ability to showcase their products and services while hosting guests in custom designed meeting spaces.
All stands in Hall 3 are classed as Hybrid stands, which are a combination of exhibition and hospitality space, giving exhibitors the ability to showcase their products and services while hosting guests in custom designed meeting spaces.
Hybrid stands should follow the same standard 'Stand Build Rules & Regulations' as all other exhibition spaces, including the 'Enclosed Stand (50%) Rule'.
Hybrid stands should be designed in accordance with how many m2 of exhibition space and how many m2 of hospitality space the Exhibitor has purchased. Plans clearly illustrating these respective m2 should be provided during the plan inspection process, to be checked against the Exhibitors space contract. Plans that do not match the exhibit space contract will need to be revised.
