Individual Pod Structure

  • 2.5m wide x 1.5m deep pod with slanted side walls 
  • Reception counter and one stool
  • Logo to pod back wall & counter front (exhibitor to supply artwork) - DEADLINE: 14 November 2025
  • Size of logo will be at the discretion of the Organisers

  • 1x power socket 

Carpet

  • Sand colour carpet

Internet

  • Please note there is NO internet provided as part of your package. If you require wired internet for your stand please contact the DECC IT team (see Suppliers section).


Artwork Setup:  Back Wall Graphic & Logo - submission deadline 14 November 2025

Please supply your logo as a high resolution .ai file to be used on:

1. Pod Back wall

2. Pod counter front

Logo must be provided by the exhibitor before the deadline and must be submitted directly to: liya.jayasinghe@elan.qa

The size and position of logos will be at the discretion of the Organisers

Furniture

You are permitted to change or increase your furniture requirements however all changes and additions will be at your own cost. Please contact the official contractor for a quote - refer to the Suppliers section of this OEM for more information.


Stand Dressing

It is strictly forbidden to drill, staple or fix any attachments to the panels. You are only permitted to use double sided tape or Velcro to attach posters. Please note that it is not permitted to decorate any exterior panels of your stand.

Passes

As a MWC Doha exhibitor you have been allocated a certain amount of passes dependent upon your stand size. Please check the Registration & Access page for more information.


Company Profile and Product Listing on Official MWC Doha Website

Exhibitors are entitled to a Company Profile and a Product Listing on the Official MWC Doha website.  Please go to the Forms & Deadlines section to submit your company profile and select your product categories.  Deadline: 25 November 2025


Important Information

  • All decorative items and products must fit within the stand. No elements can be higher than the booth structure or sit outside the booth footprint.  Nothing can be placed in the aisles around the stand.
