The Artwork submission deadline is strictly 15 October 2026. If stand artwork is not received by this date, a generic MWC back wall graphic will automatically be printed an installed for your stand instead.

Fascia

Coloured raised nameboard with company name & stand number - please complete the Fascia Nameboard Form within the Forms & Deadlines section of this OEM

Please note there is NO internet provided as part of your package. If you require wired internet for your stand please contact the DECC IT team (see Suppliers section).

Stand Artwork

The stand artwork submission deadline is 15 October 2026. If stand artwork is not received by this date, an MWC back wall graphic will automatically be printed and installed on your stand instead.

Your stand includes one full back wall graphic and one counter-front graphic. If you wish to have additional e.g. side wall graphics - at extra cost - you must let the official stand contractors know by 7 October 2026. They will provide you with a quote and the additional artwork sizes. The same artwork submission deadline of 15 October 2026 applies to any additional orders. No orders will be taken after these dates.

Artwork Setup: Back wall graphic and front of counter

Final print-ready artwork must be provided by the exhibitor before the deadline and must be submitted using the official Exhibition Stand Plus Artwork Submission Form within the Forms & Deadlines section of this OEM. Artwork should follow the guidelines below to ensure clear & accurate printing.

Artwork should be set up to size or equivalent scale (for example 10%, 25%, 50%).
Print resolution - 300 dpi is the standard resolution for high-quality prints. This ensure that the image is sharp and crisp. If your artwork is too low in resolution it may appear pixellated when printed
Supply images as CMYK colour mode
Please supply all relevant fonts & linked images
Ensure that all fonts are embedded or converted to outlines (especially for vector files like PDF or AI) to avoid font mismatches on different computers or printers.
